A Walk, A Pterodactyl and A Heart In The Sand

It was chilly this morning. We went for a little walk.

We saw tracks of giants! A Pterodactyl I’m sure!

I put a quarter next to it.

And then my favorite find, a heart in the sand.

  1. It does look JUST like the dinosaur tracks in my river! And if it’s in the sand it must be fresh! Watch out! Is that Phoebe from the sketchbook?

That’s what I was thinking! No it’s Yossarian (YoDaGoodDog)Phoebe was inside where it was warm snoozin’.
YoDa is in earlier pages of the sketchbook.

  3. I thought it was a turkey track until I saw the quarter, dang! I wonder if the turkey vultures circling overhead are really vultures….hmmm. Just saying.

  4. I would be very afraid that that big bird would swoop down and try to take off with Yossarian! Although he looks unconcerned. (I LOVE his face!) Nice heart find. 🙂

Oh we went right back inside where it’s safe. You never know what you’re going to run into out here in the wilds of Las Vegas.

I'd Love to Hear From You!
